BGRS Charities

This year, the BGRS Supplier Partner Forum will support
two amazing organizations!

Save the Children: Make a Donation during the online registration process.
Together We Rise: Participate in our Community Service Project at the Forum.

This year, the BGRS Supplier Partner Forum will be raising money via our registration process in support of Save the Children and in celebration of their 100th Anniversary.

Did you know that millions of children around the world do not make it to their 5th birthday? Nearly 15,000 children under the age of 5 die each day due to preventable causes such as pneumonia and diarrhea. That adds up to about 5.4 million children a year. Little ones are counting on your help so that together we can stop this tragedy. You can make a difference in helping us reach the most vulnerable children and save their lives.

Children may only be 30% of our population, but they are 100% of our future.

Every $100 donation will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win an Apple iPad. The raffle winner will be announced at the Forum on Saturday, October 19, 2019. Don’t miss out!

The BGRS Supplier Partner Forum will also support Together We Rise (helping children in foster care) with an onsite community service project.

At this year’s BGRS Supplier Partner Forum, we’ll design and fill “Sweet Cases” with a teddy bear, blanket, coloring book, crayons and a hygiene kit. We will provide our completed Sweet Cases to a local foster care organization in Boston! Don’t miss this wonderful collaborative experience!

Together We Rise is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of motivated young adults and former foster youth. Our vision is to improve the lives of children in foster care, who often find themselves forgotten and neglected by the public. We collaborate with individuals, companies, and community partners to bring resources to foster youth and use service-learning activities to educate volunteers on issues surrounding the foster care system.

TWR works with hundreds of foster agencies, social workers, CASA advocates, and other partners to bring our programs to foster youth across the nation. Our foundation has allowed us to provide thousands of foster youth across the country with new bicycles, college supplies, and sweet cases so that children do not have to travel from home to home with their belongings in a trash bag.
